Sorry, but an unstable and inconsistent upbringing does not make a good adult...or president.

Look at Clinton's need for basking in the approval of others and his marital transgressions. Obviously the result of a childhood and adolsecence in whish he saw no father figure and maybe not a stable or peaceful household with decent adult role models.

I am not saying that our president's background has to resemble "Leave it to Beaver" but someone with such a disjointed past as Obama can hardly be relied on in such a critical role and leader of the free world.

Too judgemental? Oh well...at least you know where I stand on these things.

Judgmental? How about realistic? And very accurate, good comparison.

Hey, many time around here...people that tell the truth or deal in the reality of the day, get marginalized by the leftists as "judgemental."

These days, being labeled "judgemental" is akin to being called "racist."

But I'll take it because I am neither.

Per the 20th Amendment ...
Quote:
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
If things are held in dispute ... IMO this will be a presidence setting event.
I have found nothing that clearly states the outcome.
I am not a Constitutional lawyer ... But do believe that it would be decided that the Vice President will be sworn-in as President, the Speaker of the House will become the Vice-President.

I can't remember who replaces Pelosi in such an event.

The thing is, the 20th states "shall act as President until a President shall have qualified" ... I can't locate something that states absolutely what occurs if the President elect is not able to qualify... That extends beyound "UNTIL" ..... But I'm positive it will be a mess.

Kind of a crappy outcome since people are voting more for the president rather than the vice predident. Get your tinfoil out but are the dems backdooring Bidden into office?

It is a possibility ... I guess it will rest with Congress if nothing can be submitted to qualify Obama.

On a side note ... If he has been working.running under a false pretense ... I wonder what the fine/sentence would be ... Ehh, better save that question for a time when more information is known.
