Hmm. Looks like the ACLU is selective in whom they'll defend
Their rationale? The second amendment doesn't bestow a "Civil right." Friggin hypocrites.

That's pretty lame for sure . . . They marched for decades on their agreement of a 1939 SCOTUS ruling but when the contemprary SCOTUS ruled otherwise they disagreed.
The ACLU has their own neo-liberal agenda and the only courts they agree with are the courts that agree with them. The ACLU should focus on defending the weak against strong and stay out of constitutional interpretation. The ACLU is full of BS in so many cases.
