Are you sure this is not something old? Both documents are dated January 11th, 2008. Please explain this to someone who is not a constitutional scholar, because I don't understand this junk.

That's not for reversal of the SCOTUS decision, it is a document for use in the SCOTUS case to reverse the lower court's decision.

That is an interesting quote about people "have the right to feel safe"... You can feel all you want but feeling doesn't make it so.
