As for the Navy waste issue ... Do some more research ... I have no idea.
But I do know it is an alternative to burning coal, so it should be more environmentally friendly and thus acceptable if one views things reasonably

The what if's often kill great ideas before they start ... So keep an open mind. It is an alternative that allows electric vehicles to become viable.

No Nevada under gound. Far below the drinking water wells In cement bunkers where if the containers leak it can not get out of the bunker.
