Here Comes The Ban...

For those who rarely venture out of the PV section .... I present the ChatterBox post of the year.

Here Comes The Ban...

Bump this thread occasionally, realize the Sponser is Obama's Republican buddy from Illinois, and add comments to the ChatterBox thread.

Thank you!!

when has there ever been 'voting the party line' - as long as I've lived there's always been some in each party that differ regularly from the majority.

The key is, the vast majority of Repubs will oppose this, the vast majority of dhims will support it.

Voting the party line is what has gotten us to where we are now.
I advocate voting on one's principles

Screw the party .... It doesn't work.

Let's see. A Republican has sponsored a "hot-button issue" bill that could damage the Dem's chances right in the middle of an election cycle.
hmmmmmmmmmm!

It's quite simple, really...
If you vote for Obama, you are a fu*king idiot.
If you vote for McCain, you are a fu*king idiot.
If your vote is for the lessor of two evils, then you can be comforted knowing that you're less of a fu*king idiot than the other guy!

There's no question in my mind that the United States spends too much on the military - whatever they're spending it on!!

I have no sympathy for Americans who are complaining about gas prices.

Interesting point! Think I'll do a little shopping and err on the side of caution in the interim.
