This has never happened, I guess the government just doesn't want to give up all that power. Any country claiming to have been communists are really just socialists. In order to belive in socialism you have to do something absolutley crazy and un-American. You have to trust the government in all their benevolence. I guess that makes a socialist stupid and un-American in the original sense of the word.
