But as to the original post, I find it pretty amusing how Obama immediately goes on the defensive about what Bush said, even though Obama did say he would speak to ahmadinejad. For that matter, whoever wants to go and talk to him (appease) is an idiot. Neville Chamberlain tried it with Hitler and it didn't work, Clinton tried it with Kim Jong Il and it didn't work. Let's go and talk to Chavez while we are at it.

Neville Chamberlain didn't appease Hitler by talking to him. He appeased Hitler by giving him part of Czechoslavakia.

We've got Neville reincarnated running for president under the DNC banner and a congress full of mini-nevilles. The democrats WILL give something to appease...perhaps Iraq (their dream).
