Why would they hesitate, just because the altercation is now being Video-Taped?

Either the Officer is justified in pulling his weapon and shooting -or not!

Camera on a gun what a joke. They are better off putting a camera system on the officer then on the firearm. Like LEO's don't already have one of the toughest jobs going. Just more fodder for admins to point fingers at instead of backing up and training officers. Let alone we actually enforce the laws that LEO's risk there lives to pickup the scum, just to let them out again.
