OK times up. Ed came the closest to figuring it out. If DC decided to give out free copies of the Constitution of the United States they would have to appropriate probably billions of dollars to do it. So no, there is no free in DC except what they give to themself's. For participating in this thread all of you will receive a free Franky trophy ( ).

Do you need a hard copy of the Constitution, in the original script, or just the text content? If just the content, there are sites such as Archiving Early America's Constitution that have the full text, along with the original spelling and capitalization. They also have the Bill of Rights.
