ROTFLMAO....
Etta.. tell us what precedent they didn't follow?? The imaginary one that some wacko judge made up or the one that the authors of the legislation had in mind. We know the answer.... |

USATODAY.com - The Roberts court: Seeing is believing Plus, there is Roberts' and Alito's support for the unitary executive, which gives increased power to the president.

Again, which ones were they not following the author's intent... I saw no examples of that. They rebuked some expansive interpretations, but they were not giving their own opinion but being consistent with the law. Again, it's up to the lawmakers to write the laws, not the judges.
Robert's and Alito are two of the strictest constructionists you'll find, regardless of their own opinions - which they've discussed frequently. Quote:

Lol.. like you've never done it....
that's pot kettle. Again, you fail to understand.. it wasn't the one comment, it was the continual obsession that I was inquiring about wondering why they felt a need to hijack the thread... I don't mind their digs, I was curious as to the reason behnid them... But again, you miss completely the point and twist it into something else. Sad... |

Please. Coming from someone who has "changed". Youre more than welcome to look back into my history here, which is far longer than yours, I might add. Every time I have attacked someone (such as you) it was because YOU attacked me first, as is the case here.
