Yup. You would be shocked at how many people cant manage that simple concept though. I dont know how many times I told someone that it was cheaper for them to pay cash for their 90 days of HCTZ instead of paying 3 co-pays (and 3x the price).

Another thing some people dont realize is most, if not all pharmacies have a minimum dispensing fee.
