For those who blame Neo-Cons/Rumsfield....
This article/book is gonna leave a mark.
Here is Bret Stephens (Wall Street Journal) review of Douglas Feith's book War and Decision. Enjoy the read: In October 2002, a memorandum outlining the worst-case scenarios for postwar Iraq was circulated among the top members of the Bush administration. Among its 30 or so warnings were the following: • "US could fail to find WMD on the ground." |

Exactly what I would expect from the pro-war Wall Street Journal, especially now with Rupert Murdoch at the helm.

Maybe it's what you should expect from the facts.... Nobody on here has cited more disreputable sources than you have - many, many have been shown to be lies, complete distortions etc...
If you start concerning yourself with the facts, rather than just dismissing any respected source, you'll be much better off. |

I stand by the sources I have quoted, and you have not proven any of them to be lies. I don't trust the Wall Street Journal editorial pages.

Interesting how the neocon faithful have hijacked the meaning of the word "blame"..... last time I checked, asking the CIC and his cadre of minions to take responsibility for their decisions and actions was not BLAME..... it was asking them to stop blame shifting, tap dancing, side stepping, etc. But, the rewriting of history never stops with this pack of liars. |

1) Revenge for Hussein surviving GW1 where he was supposed to die 2) Putting a huge US shadow on the region to intimidate the OPEC members 3) Installing a puppet regime which would pump cheap oil in Iraq It has failed on every level, and history will record what you will never admit. Keep posting retractive garbage abiout who said what to whom and whn and how this guy said that to the other guy and so it wasn't Bush's fault he believed a pack of lies. IT WAS HIS FAULT, he was the fool in charge and he was the one who ordered the US to war. Someday you will have to deal with THAT TRUTH. |

The last time I checked, a review is an opinion. Take it for what it's worth.
