As for Israel, they spy on everybody--always have, always will. With the relationship between them and the U.S. subject to change every four years, they like to keep tabs on their friends as well as their enemies. We do the same thing.

Seems like every day that passes, I become more and more of an isolationist. I know its not necessarily the best, but....

If it was China that was caught, I'd be hearing bloody murder but since its Israel, its "meh, everyone does it." Un freaken believable.

I certainly understand what you're saying but this might be just the "out" for perhaps telling Israel that they will have to start dealing with less and less of our money.
