Umm, that would be enumerated in the Bill of Rights here:

Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


Please familiarize yourselves with that so that you do not give away any more rights. Unless a "power" is granted to the Federal Government or the States in the Constitution it is retained by the people, therefore the right to privacy exists.

again, that is simply a grotesquely expansive interpretation, left to whimsy. The same argument could (and has been made for pedophlia, euthansia, polygamy, or any other personal whimsy/fetish that is not 'specifically' enumerated in the Bill...

Again, the constitution supplemented is the constitution supplanted...
