Thanks, AZXD. Out of curiosity, who's the fella in the top pic with? The cammies don't look American. IDF maybe?

I can sure see why they don't make it on the news. It would be horrible to show Iraqis showing thier appreciation for U.S. involvement. Stories of failure and doom & gloom are much more appropriate for American domestic audiences.

That makes more sense. If I'd thought about it for half a second having Israelis on the ground in Afghanistan or Iraq probably wouldn't be the greatest idea.
