Perhaps not Afghanistan ... at the moment ... but the al Qaeda leadership that George wanted "dead or alive" are most likely alive in Pakistan ... a country with a substantial nuclear arsenal, al Qaeda sympathizers a plenty, and a government that doesn't seem to be stable.
