Iran a Nuclear Threat, Bush Insists

Iran a Nuclear Threat, Bush Insists

What is with Bush and trying to start some more drama with yet another ME country. NIE reports say that Iran has stopped the nuke program in 2003, yet Bush still refuses to accept reality except his own. God, I hate Bush. Is he trying to start yet another war with no end in sight? This guy has got to go.

The only thing I can give Bush credit for is for waking me up from my political apathy.

This is not in relation to Iran, but why would you give a man you've likely never met. A man who you freely admit is "out of touch with reality" so much power over your emotion.

I don't HATE anyone. It's not worth my time or effort to do so. Especially not some worthless politician in some high off house, half way across the world.

You may disagree with his policies but don't you think this whole "Hate" crap is what gets people into these sorts of situations to begin with?

The problem is that Bush cried Wolf with Iraq, so now it's hard to believe him when he talks about anything else.
Me personally, I don't trust that Iranian a**hole.
If you don't believe that Acnefacedjihad wants to eliminate the western world, just look up his speachess to the Iranian people on Youtube.

Oh I hate him alright, my blood pressure spikes every time I hear him speak. It was a strong dislike at first but 7 years of ineptitude is a long time to develop a hatred towards someone.

Its not a matter of trusting the Iranian asshole, its a matter of Bush thinking he knows better than the intelligence community. To sum it up, Iran being a nuclear threat is a gut feeling he has.

I don't hate GW, I think he sucks but I don't hate him. Probably be a good guy to go get drunk with but other than that I have no use for him. I think his daddy thinks he sucks too. There was a media interview done with Daddy Bush and it was said if Clinton won the presidency Daddy Bush and the first male first lady (Slick Willy) would get sent all over the world to apologize for all the mistakes GW made. That media story was in Houston news, entertainment, search and shopping | chron.com - Houston Chronicle if you care to look it up.

The guy has a one-track mind and he's stubborn as hell. And, it has worked for him in most cases so far. If he repeats something over and over and over, people start to believe it, because to do otherwise you would have to conclude that the President of the United States is either insane or lying.

I gotta agree with the above. All of it!
He might suck, but I don't hate him.

As for AmedINeedADinnerJacket,
He is a tool for his country.

Wolf!
Wolf!
Uh Georgie,
You're gonna have to show me and a large portion of the world more than some strong words. You and many others proved that our, and other countries, intelligence sucks.

Gee, I wonder why he wants so desperately to strike at the US. Lets ponder that for a moment, shall we...

He could have started the program again and we would have no idea.

Talk about cherry-picking...here is what the intelligence estimate actually says.

Quote:
In December 2007 the United States National Intelligence Estimate (that represents the consensus view of all 16 American spy agencies) judged with "high confidence” that Iran had halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003, with "moderate confidence" that the program remains frozen, and with "moderate-to-high confidence" that Iran is "keeping open the option to develop nuclear weapons." The new estimate says that the enrichment program could still provide Iran with enough raw material to produce a nuclear weapon sometime by the middle of next decade but that intelligence agencies “do not know whether it currently intends to develop nuclear weapons” at some future date.
http://www.dni.gov/press_releases/20071203_release.pdf

That gives people complete confidence that Iran is not building nuclear weapons?

Ahmadinejad admits to enriching urainum.

We shouldn't go to war without 100% proof, but it is blind to take the word of a madman and just ignore the situation.

I'm hoping Israel will take care of it, if in fact they are building nukes. Because of the bungling of the war by this administration, by the time the American people trust the government to go to war again, it will most likely be too late.

We should observe the situation and not do anything militarily, including trying to instigate them, unless we are sure.

You can't tell me that the entire reason Iran wants the western world gone is because we have boots on the ground in that region. That nation's hatred for the west predates the invasion of Iraq by quite a bit.
