US Government Immorality Will Lead to Bankruptcy

Now tell me this guy don't know what he's talking about. I'm sure someone will.

As much as I would like to call this article out and keep the blinders on I sadly agree with him. I'm not sure about his end game scenarios but do agree that this is getting more serious every second that nothing is done to address the problem.

In the Political world there will not be a solution until things have gone beyond the tipping point. At that time those in office will throw their hands up, look backward at previous Administrations and say "they caused this". It's too politically unpopular to suggest that we have to do something now that will cause some pain today. That's just not a good way to get elected or re-elected. And the scenario keeps rolling toward the edge of the cliff.

Hmmm,
Hard to disagree.
I guess it's time to start depopulating the country of politicians
They seem to be the ones who broke it, and don't want to admit it needs fixing ..... So they should go first

I agree with the video and with getting rid of all current politicians. I would have liked to see what he had to say about what would happen if we could just get everyone who is able to pay their own way instead of milking the government. I know one problem here is the sub-governments that contradict the state government and take money away from it that is desparately needed to keep the state going. I expect that there is an identical problem at the federal level.

Who in their right mind would say that guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

Everyone knows that we are headed towards financial doom.

The true difference lies in how to fix it. Democrats want to raise taxes on "the rich". Republicans seemingly want to do nothing and conservatives want to cut spending.

One member on this forum claims that he doesn't know any other way to solve the problem besides raise taxes.

We are spending too much money to buy votes.

To add insult to injury, the dems want nationalized health care. How could anyone even think of adopting that at this time after seeing this video.

Great video and thanks for posting it, one-eyed fatty.

Frank

Another thing I forgot to include in my first post was the cost of health care. Maybe if we could get that under control it would make some of the other changes a little less drastic. Law suits are killing health care and causing increased costs. There are cases that warrant a law suit, but believe it or not there are cases where **** happens and it isn't anyone's fault. If we took all the money and resources we spent trying to assign blame to a blameless act we would be a long way towards fixing our financial problems.

The tax and spend needs to stop along with the cut and spend. It's the spend that created the problem. The blame should be spread equally

But, hey I don't have any kids, so those that do better make sure they are well educated and fit for the workforce if you intend to live into retirement years

So what's it like to sleep past 7:00 on any given morning? It's been 13 years for us so I've forgotten...

Absolutely!

Everyone complains about the cost of health care, but they all want to sue the doctors because they couldn't save Johnny's big toe after he got frostbite. There are some legitimate lawsuits, but the majority are frivolous and should be thrown out. But what can we expect from liberal judges and a society that thinks a lawsuit is just a good way to get "paid"?

There was a time when people (politicians included) understood that if you have no money you should stop spending.

What happened to that common sense idea?
