There is quite a history with the Plotical Forum. It was closed down a couple of times. We begged and pleaded to have it back. The Mods were gracious enough to allow us to post political threads in Chatter Box. We begged and pleaded to have the forum back. Now Kermee has reopened the Political Forum all on his own to clean up the Chatter Box.

The problem before was all the bickering and personal attacks, and then when that got out of hand everyone would run to the Mods to report all the horrible injustices happening. Boo Hoo.

Let's do our best to keep this the best damn gun forum on the Web. Even with the strong personalities we have here, we are still quite civil. For the most part things run smooth. Let's do our best to police ourselves and not run to the Mods with all our cry baby stuff. (Sorry if that hurt your feelings

)

Remember the COC, treat forum members with respect, if you can't keep to the message, and insist on tearing down the messenger, maybe the Political Forum is not the place for you.

Yeah it was getting old seeing 1000000000 posts about global warming in the chatter box.

I like jumping in the PV from time to time... It's like a sport... but not all the time..

We should just make a global warming room.

lock certain people in there and not let them out until one of them changes their stance...

or dies of old age.

I couldn't agree more. Self policing is the best way. Mods are a last resort when someone is simply out of control and egregiously breaking the rules. Good post.

I signed on the a forum for the show "Holmes on Homes" because I like seeing the way he fixes the mistakes of idiots. I can see past the fact that he is a Canadian most of the time.

Anyway, the Mods on that board are really mean, they yell at people for not searching before posting and lock threads if its a repost. They are probably HOA nazis too.

Our Mods here are GREAT!!!!
