This is what I found for Ca. in packing.org. It should come as no surprise to most.

Wow--that's pathetic.

I bet there was something in there at one point and that it was probably removed from the constitution in the last 60 years or so.

Sorry, retired At least you are still protected under the 2A, but CA doesn't seem to respect it that much.

Here is Virginia's...taken from Packing.org

Virginia State Constitution, Article I, Section 13
