Miguel may have been referring to Clinton when he said "BJ" for obvious reasons.

Here, I believe, is the graph prepared by the DoD end strength manager that puts the lie to the New York Sun's numbers: http://siadapp.dior.whs.mil/personne...eath_Rates.pdf

Ms. Colon's numbers are close from year to year, but as suspected, she fails to mention that 98.4% of all deaths in the DoD under Clinton were due to accident, illness, homicide (some guys can get killed at home on leave or what not), and suicide. Only 134 uniformed personnel perished during Clinton's administration due to hostile action or terrorists attack; isn't one a subset of the other? Think as you wish but even if you are right one way or the other, when you have to lie or obscure to convince others of it they will dismiss you out of hand and rightly so. Only cowards, like Ms. Colon, lie to prop up their arguments because they have to since it usually lacks no merit on its own.

no wonder it was surprisingly high.
