Not so sure about that. My buddy is the biggest pot smoker I have ever seen. He has been puffing for over 20 years. Hard Working. Very wealthy. Nice cars. Nice motorcycles. Nice house. Nice everything.

I.T. Director for a large company. The guy puffs a quarter bag a week.

Smarter than hell, too.

Oh, and one other thing. If, for some reason, the supply dries up around here and he cannot get it for months at a time, it is no big deal. He doesn't withdrawal or have any symptoms. It is just not available. He gets it when he can.

And, he has never touched anything hard than that. EVER. I have known him forever, and he hates narcotics and hard drugs. Pot IS NOT a "gateway drug" to other harder drugs.

I am pro-pot, and I have never touched a drug in my life. I HATE DRUGS. However, Pot to me is no different than Green Tea. Everyone I know that uses it maintains their faculties when they smoke it. All of my alcohol drinker buddies turn into A-holes when they drink and have a bad habit of wrecking their cars.

Alcohol is a million times worse.
