The main purpose of a gun is to kill. Does he somehow not want officers to have the ability to kill what they are shooting at??

He has introduced a bill in the State Senate of New York that would require Police Officers to shoot suspects in the arm or leg to disable instead of shooting for center of mass.

I watched a news clip last night in my area where they are having controlled hunts of deer. There are 15 deer per square mile and the area can only support one deer per square mile they say. Anyways the neighbors are protesting saying they dont want these sharp shooters using soft hollow point bullets that are more deadly than regualr jacketed bullets. Hmmm i thought all bullets were deadly and the only kind of dead is dead. Never realized someone or thing could be more dead then another.
