It's quite simple, really...
If you vote for Obama, you are a fu*king idiot.
If you vote for McCain, you are a fu*king idiot.
If your vote is for the lessor of two evils, then you can be comforted knowing that you're less of a fu*king idiot than the other guy!

Because Fritz says so!

Newt Gingrich will enter the race. If you haven't read his book, everyone needs to read "Winning the Future". This guy is everything that America needs today. Strong moralss,
Justgotback, IIRC, this is the same moral Newt who had his 1st wife served with divorce papers while she was in the hospital being treated for cancer. I believe he is also the same one who had an affair with a younger woman while he was married to his 2nd wife. He told the 2nd wife over the phone that he was divorcing her after he called to wish her mother happy birthday.

And you believe that is a definition of strong morals?

Yup!...Moral character leaves something to be desired.

Rudy has some schoolin' to get if he wants to win the canidacy. He's still mentally in NYC. There, the voting populace is appropriately groomed to vote anit-gun. Basically, this is the case in any big blue city in any big blue state. Witness NYC, Philly, Boston, LA, Baltimore, D.C. and on and on.

In these places, gun owners are sometimes seen as the hicks in red states that go hunting, but more likely the pervasive criminals that lead on the nightly news. Since there is nowhere in the city where you can hunt, obviously only criminals have guns. These evil devices are only made for killing!

I didn't understand this mentality until I met people who were groomed to think this way. These people cannot comprehend the second amendment, and instead insist on goofy parsing that contorts the plain english that red-staters easily understand. Witness Rudy's willingness to interpret this amendment as allowing states to modify or nullify it, an utterly unconstitutional concept. This is the midset of these politicians. Ed Rendell, the current Democrat governor of Pennsylvania and former mayor of Philladelphia has the identical view on the second amendment, and wants to bring sweeping handgun control to Pennsylvania, the same way that Rudy had mentioned in the quotes up-thread.

Big blue city politicians foster this mindset in their electorate and take advantage of it to win elections. You simply can't get elected in these places without acknowledging and supporting the guns=criminals mentality. The rural rest of the country is strikingly different. No doubt, as the election season draws nearer, a slew of campaign staffers will try to de-program Rudy. Unfortunately for us, if he does start saying the right things, it will just be an act.

No! Wrong! Bad conservative!! No cookie!

We are in favor of state's/regional/county/city rights. Having Rudy pass the buck down to a state level is a good thing.

Yes...The more the Dem's realize that this is a states rights issue, the better.

Trust me, brother. I would never vote for Hillary. I like to lip off when I get worked up. I get mad and flap my gums to make my statement. Was just trying to make a statement. I would never vote for Hillary or any other liberal. That would be damaging to our great country.

And, I do support our troops. 100% I can tell that is a dear issue to your heart. Mine too!

We just need a better candidate. That is all I ask for!
