The Fox media has used this "Blame the Democrats" for the last year or so.. Unforunately, the democrats have NO POWER to do ANYTHING in the current government. They hve NO CHOICE but to sit and watch the train wreck they know is coming..

If they speak up they are "Traitors"...

How are they suppose to come up with this "plan" when they aren't allowed to even TALK about doing something different than they are doing now? If they even TALK about doing something different in public they are called "Tratiors" or "Apeasers" or my favorite, "Terrorist Lovers"...

So, the question you are asking in this topic is framed as:

What is the Democrats Terrorist Loving, Terrorist Appeasing, Cut & Running Cowardly plan for Iraq?

By the way, did I forget to ask "When did you stop beating your wife?"

Jeff - what crap! "Democrats want to discuss things and come up with a plan during/after the discussion". Yeah - they want to "discuss things" - to death! Christ - they "discuss" things 'till the "things" either solve themselves or die under their own weight (ever hear the management theory of "monkey in the tree"?).

As far as "action" is concerned, the last time a Dem moved quickly, we had the Branch Dividien Compound and "little E. Gonzolas and his rescue" on our hands.

They're powerless? Looks like they can stall just about anything they like. They've stalled house and senete bills that they didn't want action taken on - and have voted for things they now say they don't support. And the last time I checked, there were no Democrats in those "secert concentration camps" the Dems are whining about, so they weren't marched off for opening their mouth about the war and its progress (or lack thereof, which they CONSTENTLY bring to our attention).

Please - don't try to pull the old flip-flop on the issues. Neither party is good, both suck the big one when it comes to delivering policies and laws the people really need. Both want to take action for their own benefit.

You want to vote for the Dems - fine. They have a TERRIBLE track record when it comes to defending the rights of most Americans, but a GREAT track record of defending minority populations at the expense of everyone else. The Republicans are TERRIBLE at defending anyone unless they have the money to back up their wishes, but GREAT at at least defending some of the basic rights we expect as Americans.

I'm so sick of their political correctness and what it's done to the country. The HELL WITH BOTH PARTIES!

So now we're supposed to have faith in these people who are too stupid/trusting/naive to conduct their own investigation before voting on a major war effort?

...and we're supposed to believe these hacks will NOW find the "truth" with their "investigations" of the Bush administration? Sounds like some pathetic excuses to me, invoking plausible deniability in order to appear patriotic. Typical Dem crap.

Seems backwards to me, but so does most of the Democrat Party.

Hacker, the reason they want to "discuss" things is so they can stall and never take any real action. Then those to DO try something, anything, get blamed if it goes wrong and the Dems can sit back and say "we were discussing that, you should have waiting until we discussed it some more and had a better plan." Ooops, we didn't have a plan, nevermind.

Most of The Left in this country are signed up on the appease and kiss ass doctrine because they have no balls. They are invested in the defeat of this great country and want to be on the "good side" of the Islamofascists/MeCHA/LaRaza (or wheover they envision eventually taking over America) when we have been forced unto submission via political paralysis by the Dems. Remember the mayor in that '80's flick 'Red Dawn', imagine half the senate and the majority of the house acting just like that...

Who else posts jokes from left-wing blogs to start threads?
