That was a classic ambush exposed. Good for Clinton; standing and taking ground from that weasel.

Come on, folks - all the chest thumping by either SlickWilly or GWB isn't solving squat. Neither has/had a plan to deal with anything like 9/11. For C****t's sake - NO ONE COULD.

SlickWilly was in office 8 years. During that time, he could have taken out OBL at will - without Congressional approvel or even knowledge.

GWB has bungled all of the opportunities to take this slimeball out through lack of foresight on the invasion of Iraq.

So, where are we. We're at that stage in American politics that we call "FIX THE BLAME", where each party tries like h**l to ensure that the American people are ready to blame everything on the other one.

Does this help us as a nation? Not to this guy, it doesn't. As I said before, in another post -

"A PLAGUE ON BOTH YOUR HOUSES!!!"

wow... looks to me rather than answering the question he got his panties in a bunch and yelled a lot about reading clarke's book.

At least he had the balls to say he failed.

It really chaps his ass to have somone ask him a tough question.

I respect people who can admit when they are wrong.

Can anybody tell me when the last time a politician admitted they were wrong, without spinning it ? By either party?

What is needed is somebody to go in and clean house, kick butts and don't take no crap from anybody.

Hello, yes can I talk to Mr. John Wayne? I have a proposition for him.....

Beardman, do you really think he thought that by going on Fox he was going to get cherrypicked questions?? If he just wanted to go someplace safe he could have just done an interview for NPR.

I agree (I think) with Hacker. The fundamental premise is wrong. Do you honestly think that we are going to be able to prevent all terrorist attacks? No country in the world, from the most liberal tree hugging to the most conservative gun toteing has been able to accomplish this yet. It was a horrible f---ed up day in our world. If we spent half as much effort tracking that worthless POS down as we do attempting to fix blame we might have caught the jerk. Here, tell you what, I'll settle the "who is to blame" question right now so we can move on to things that are actually productive.........

What I'd give to be able to edit this audio. Exchange Ned for GW or Clinton.
