from what I've heard citgo stations are locally owned and they just buy gas off the market not just from citgo oil imports. So I don't think not buying from citgo would do a thing. Wouldn't mind finding out who buys citgos gas and not going to them though.

I cut my Citgo card up last night. I won;t buy anything from them - locally owned or not. Screw Hugo and his company.
