Yeah, they think since they are a corporation thay can break the law apparently..We are not just talking about corporate property here, they were phishing to get passwords and such.

*Points finger at the lady as she resigns - "Evil corporation! Bad corporate monkey!" Now I just hope they press charges. Just resigning isn't good enough.

That's why I laugh when I have to attend my company's yearly "Code of Ethics" seminars.

Upper level mgmt wants you to have them but they don't fall under the same rules. It's all Bull@hit!!!!
