Sierra Club and Democrats - Too Many People

News from the whacko Left.

300 Million of US in the World -- It's Time for Solutions!

In mid October the United States will become a nation of 300 million Americans. Reaching this milestone provides us with an opportunity to re-commit to finding necessary solutions to the challenges we face as the world's third most populous country with growing environmental concerns such a energy consumption, land and water use. It also provides us an opportunity to reflect upon our role in an increasingly globalized world where it has and will continue to become more apparent that everything is connected -- demographic trends in the U.S. are not happening in isolation and U.S policies concerning the environment, security and health all have profound global impacts.

By effectively planning our communities, we can increase transportation choices, reduce air and water pollution and protect natural places. By planning our families and providing all people with access to reproductive health care information and services, we can slow population growth and preserve natural resources for future generations. And by supporting sound global policies that promote human rights and sustainable development, we can address the root causes of environmental degradation, including poverty and lack of access to basic healthcare.

And Sierra Club's solution to too many people???? - elect Democrats

I guess it's appropriate to endorse the Democrat Party of Abortion to help stop population growth.....it makes so much sense.

wow, you can see where their loyalties lie.

12/13 in Senate were Democrats.
164/167 were Democrats and Independents.

Actually, abortion rates dropped dramatically from '92 to '00. If I recall correctly, we were suffering under a democrat president during those dark days. Maybe opportunities and jobs with substance are the best deterrents to abortion. It seems to work better than shame.

Of course, maybe you think the CDC is a liberal hotbed of corruption bent on overthrowing the government. Whatever the case, don't let the facts cloud your beliefs.
