Rummy strikes again

Reason # 89 for occupying Iraq.

From an interview with Rummy last week...

Quote:
SECRETARY RUMSFELD: The fact of the matter is - if Saddam Hussein were still in power in Iraq, he would be rolling in petrol dollars. Think of the price of oil today. He would have so much money. And he would be seeing the Iranians interested in a nuclear program, he would be seeing the North Koreans developing a nuclear program, and he’d say well why shouldn’t he - and he would. So we’re fortunate that he’s gone.

Duhhhhh, well...

....oil prices are high because of instability in the middle east....

.....which has a lot to do with The United States attacking Iraq.

Ol' Rummy just rattles on, he hasn't a clue.

I'd imagine he and the Air Force Secretary that advocates trying out death rays on American citizens before we use them on our enemies are real good buddies.

But more money for oil is more money for Bush.

Oil prices are due to many factors, including market speculation. Rumsfeld speculating on the oil prices & their relation to SH is stupid.

Seems like an illogical, emotional outburst on your part. It reminds me of the right-wing attacks by Ann Coulter. She blasts out at liberals using wild, negative remarks that inevitably weaken her own valid points.
