its painfully obvious i am new here (hi all! name is matt by the way). i have taken a pretty deep interest in this forum over the last couple weeks. reading but not really posting. that said, in the past i would have described myself as a "conservative republican" with vigor. now you could say i am a "right leaning libertarian" if that makes any sense. liberal used to be a dirty word to me. and although i still disagree with liberals on (almost) everything, i finally (meaning went to college) met liberals that, lo and behold, were nice people that i liked. didnt mean i had to agree with them. so, all you liberals who are down with the second amend., i say with honesty nice to meet you, and im always down for friendly discussion..

im prolly gonna get told that i am "pandering" to the "democrats" its happened before.

Nice to meet you too, but here's the thing... If you are a "Right Leaning Liberial" that would mean you are a centrist... Which is where 90% of America is anyway.

Liberal, Conseritive, Right, Left, Good, Bad... They are all terms used to label the other person in hopes to demean them... You my friend, are an american! And we're glad to have you here.
