I didn't get to see the actual commentary on TV and with this dial up connection I'm limited to, youtube is pretty much out of the question. I did however read the script and it was an excellent description of the entire situation.

Olberman is probably the best commentator in the business.

I'm afraid America doesn't have the spine anymore to win ANYTHING anymore.

ie. Playing the Red Hot Chilli Peppers is considered torture. The rules of engagement in Iraq get our kids killed every day.

Most of our population has no clue what freedom has cost us and the price our forefathers paid...

People should be scared, and not as much by the terrorists abroad, but the rot of apathy and entitlement from within.

After listening to the podcast I came to feel that Olbermann was the one looking for a "scapegoat" and points the finger at Bush. I don't think Bush builds buildings and really has little to do with the Towers site.

I didn't vote for Bush and there are many things I do not like about him. I have come to like some of the things he has had the courage to do however. I think most of the left would have changed their positions a dozen times in the face of falling poll results instead of "staying the coarse".

I feel terrible for the losses of our wonderful military folks but I would much rather see those who hate us staring down the barrels of our military abroad, instead of killing folks here at home.

Are we winning or loosing? It is hard for me to say. I have noticed; however no repeats of 9/11 for now over 5 years here. Could that be luck? Could it be the terrorists changed their minds about wanting to kill us? Maybe things which cannot be told are in fact working.

My intellect says something must be working right. If that is the case I'd cut Bush some slack and let him "stay the coarse"

I love the thinking of the left. The other night Moore's dumb movie was the only thing on TV so I watched it. I loved the part where the guy was saying "even though crime rates have been falling for the past seven years more and more people are buying firearms". My wife and I both looked a each other and said "Duh". Perhaps someday somebody may have to point out to this idiot that just maybe the crime rates are falling because of increased gun ownership.

All the Liberal press can talk about is how heroic THEY were during the attack and how disgusted THEY are about what they say is a lack of leadership.

Olbermann won an award for his heroic REPORTING during the 9/11 attack...…wow, what a hero! He got an award for reporting, NOT for helping.

Its all an act, Olbermann is going for another award.
