Innocent, now let him go
Seems justifiable to me
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,211323,00.html FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A lawyer in this quiet suburban community was charged with killing a 58-year-old neighbor he suspected had molested his 2-year-old daughter, prompting police to investigate whether the molestation actually occurred. |

That's the question, IF he did it. Small children sometimes make stuff up. I don't think a 2 year old can fabricate a complicated story like older children can, but they do have an imagination. My 2 year old daughter feeds me imagionary food while watching TV sometimes.
I remember several years ago, a young boy told people that his friend fell down a well. They dug down and tried to rescue him. The whole time, the boy was hiding in a barn watching the whole thing. |

I read the story yesterday and could not tell if it was the dead man's daughter or the suspect's daughter. I know that if it was my daughter, I too would snap and may kill someone. Sometimes the mind shuts down all reasoning skills and you become a primal beast that sees nothing but a red dot.

I read the story too and wondered who's daughter it was because the first version I read was poorly writen. If I was in that situation I don't know if I would snap or not.
Being a parent I can tell you if all the allegations are true then I would have no problem holding a pep rally in the jurry box for the guy. |

here is a better question. They called the cops on him for whipping out Mr happy at the window. So why on gods green earth was there ever a chance where he could get near that child? If he was able to the parents need a good beat down as well.
However. I'm all for letting people like this get the fair trial. All the appeals the courts allow. And then...hand them over to the family of the victims to deal with.
