Property rights.

Wow! I'm fairly impressed.

Unfortunately it still allows states to take property but at least the president stepped up. I'm still holding out hope of the Supreme Court correcting the previous ruling but that could take a long time.

I adtually read in the newspaper that the number of seizures has been climbing since people now believe they can't fight it in court.

Thats funny he heads up the letter with "authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America" but yet he acts outside the laws and authoruty of the Constitution......

We no longer have a constitution governing this land.....The most vile criminals to ever walk the face of this earth reside in Washington DC, and they are YOUR masters.......

Wake up and smell the toast, man. It is called an executive order. The POTUS actually does have some authority, though not over local governments. This is an example of POTUS dealing with the Court overstepping it's authority.

wow some one has them in a twist today! I said it was a step in the right direction for property rights. That's the only topic I was talking about. You want to get pissed about state and local government you need to take it up with them and the Supreme Court. The president has nothing to do with that.

I'm assuming the intro is official. "Hey Ya'll" would probably not work to good.
