Started reading Ann Coulter's book.

She would be in the top 3 of people I would love to go to dinner with - yea, I would take the wife with.

About how reporters understand the Bible:

Not sure I will finish the book before it has to go back to the library. Long waiting list so we only got it for a week.

Train wreck - she mentions something about this. Don't criticize unless you have actually read it. What you read in the press and hear on TV is not the intent of what was written. The louder they scream the more "truth" is revealed.

The bad thing about common sense is it really isn't common.

Prisons are full and crime is down. Hmmm?

"The recidivism rate of armed robbers behind bars is ... hmmmm, looks like 0 percent!"

This is her best book based on my reading so far.

Anyone else think this woman is too full of herself?

I saw her on the Tonight Show and she really rubs me the wrong way.

I have seen her before on Bill Maher's program, but I didn't mind her there, because the blather spewing from the other 3 leftists mouths was so much more outrageous, she seemed fairly normal but I don't know if I want Ann Coulter as any sort of spokesperson for real consevatives in this country.

No, I have not read any of her books, but have read enough of her columns to know she rarely has anything constructive to say. There are better writers for the conservatives than her. Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, John Stossel and Bernard Goldberg come to mind as much more calm and level-headed than Ann Coulter. She's just a sh*t stirrer and I don't like sh*t stirrers on either side of the aisle. They make the conservative movement seem shrill and emotional and crazy...like the leftists!

Want to pick up a good book? Try John Stossel's latest. I am in the middle of that book right now and its fascinating. At least when Stossel presents his opinion on findings or busts a common preception, he has footnotes to back it up. Coulter is just mouthy blather and nothing more. I am tired of that crap...it gets us nowhere.
