Crooked Louisiana Politicians.......your joking right?!
In case you missed the sarcasm in my subject line.....are you actually
suprised that a politican from louisiana is being investigated for being on the take? Hell its pastime down here for gods sake! Look at some of the politicians that have come from our state.... Heuy P. Long Earl K. Long David Duke Edwin Edwards Jim Brown (insurance commisioner) and now William Jefferson and those are just some of the more prominiate ones. Hell if you ever look at the history of politics in Louisiana you will find it rife with crooks an thieves. And this latest fiasco suprises you? Not as someone from Louisiana it doesn't. Didn't you guys just re-elect Ray Nagin??? Sorry.. but if another hurricane hits Louisiana.. I am not sending a dime.

"I" didn't re-elect anyone since "I" don't live in New Orleans. Those who live in, and those displaced by Katrina, re-elected that jackass. They get what they deserve. It has been shown that New Orleans is one good Cat 5 hurricane away from becoming the toilet bowl of louisiana. One good flush and all gone. Later Rob

No offense taken Ray....
Most people don't realize that New Orleans is like an entity onto itself when talking about Louisiana, as is the difference between North Louisiana and what is called the "Acadiana", or southern area, of Louisiana. Even though i'm a registered Democrat, i believe that Ray Nagin should be flushed along with the rest of the crooks in Louisiana politics. That includes members of both political parties because both are crooked down here. Very few of the newer ones are worth a s**t. The recent run of crooks we have Edwin Edwards to thank for that. Oh well... Later all.
