woohoo we got a great big steaming pile of crap!

http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LI...n=2&vote=00157

read it and weep people.

Thank god Kyl (AZ) had the good sense not to vote for it even though it was a sure thing.

Horrible Bill...
Thankfully there has to be a conference. I don't know how you reconcile the two bills.

speaking of which anyone know whos on that pannel?

I have three flat rate USPS boxes with enough bricks to piss any office worker off I was about to send but want to be sure they go to the right people.

I think these things weigh about 20lbs. I think I could fit some more....

How do you reconcile them? You don't. :P

These will die at the end of session. We can just hope that our Executive starts executing the laws that are already in place...

We need to have every person in the country phone, write, and e-mail their Representative and tell them to stand tough against the senate wimps. If we don't let 'em know what we think and what we'll do it's our own fault if the House caves in.

+1 I hope they stand tough in the face of all the b*llsh*t charges of racism sure to be coming their way. I sure hope they don't back down.

Sign it V E T O Mr. President.

This immigration Bill is the last draw, I for one am tired of compromising our country’s very existence by Democrats, ‘moderate’ Republicans and RINOs and wishy-washy poll sycophants.

We have to get the message to the President to VETO this Bill when he gets it.

I know it's a long shot but Congress is not listening.

I agree Tom.. I would like to see the President VETO this bill.. but he won't. He doesn't have a very good record when it comes to vetoing not such great bills... He will sign it because in his mind it is better to do something than nothing at all. It makes a certain kind of sense.

I hope our next Republican President will have a larger set of huevos than GW's.. I love the guy, but I think that an honest criticism can be made of him on this issue.

He has not vetoed one bill since becoming the President.
He should have vetoed at least half of the spending legislation...
