Burn a Mexican Flag Today!
Is bush just deaf and dumb. Can he not hear the outcry on the border issue from American citizens. What is it going to take? Do we have to hit the streets in protest, burning Mexican flags. I am about the throw up if I hear one more time that they are taking jobs that Americans wont do. Maybe if we did not have so many abortions over the years, and give people money to sit on their butts we would have workforce.

Yes, something needs to be done. Burning Mexican flags is not it, tho. Really, do you want to be painted in the same light as all of the Arabs that are burning American flags?
Also, I have been to Mexico countless times for business trips. I'd say the majority of people that live down there are good people. I see no need to disrespect those people just because of the actions of some others. --RuffRidr |

Well I dont have a problem with the Mexican people but I have a problem with the Government that is encouraging and supporting this invasion. The burning of the flag is not for them it is for OUR crappy government to get a clue about what the voting body wants. I feel very exasperated about how to get our politicians to uphold the vow that they took to protect us. I am not yet ready to role over and just give up. Do you really believe that emailing your senators and representatives makes a difference. I have get to see them do a darn thing from all my emails. The only thing that gets there attention is the shock factor. You get millions of Latins in the street protesting and they take notice, they cant avoid it. I will call I.C.E. when ever I suspect a bunch of illegal. (not just because they are latins, don’t pull this racist crap on me, my wife is Latin) I don’t have much faith in I.C.E.

Its not Mexico itself that is to blame...it is the govts of the USA and Mexico that have allowed this to get to this point. Burning a Mexican flag won't do anything. I also don't want to see a Mexican flag flying at a Houston high school, like I did last week. No, I don't want an Irish or Swedish flag flying there, either...this is still America.
The leftist PRI party that ran Mexican politics for decades is to blame for running the country into the ground and adding to the corruption - fording millions to run to the USA, where we looked the other way and enjoyed the cheap labor for way too long. In 1980, there were just under 3 million illegals in the USA, in 2005, that count was at almost 12 million. Can't blame this on Bush (although I am sure the media will try, since they believe Bush is the fault for everythign)...this is the product of decades of BOTH PARTIES in the US govt. playing ostrich to a growing problem. The immigrants of today are not to be compared with the immigrants that came in droves to Ellis Island. They are not asimilating, paying taxes and learning the language. We also see that they do not want to be thought of as Americans and have no respect for a country that is being bled dry, paying their way with free entitlements. Now, the USA has reached a tipping point with the fact that the entitlement system in the USA has more and more people sucking off the systems and fewer and fewer people (you and I...the citizens) paying for the freebies. We simply cannot go on like we have been with these illegals, or we will see a destruction of the middle class and a disappearnace of the things that make the USA an appealing place to live. You and I will get farther and farther away from meaningful tax reform and see huge increases in the future to fund the flood of more and more illegals...count on it. It has NOTHING to do with race, although the pro-illegal supporters will paint it this way and the media outlets will whip up more fury, because they love the discourse and unrest because it makes good news footage and pumps up their viewership. If you are white, Asian, Latino, black or whatever...if YOU are a citizen and paying taxes...you have not choice but to be in favor of stemming the tide of illegals, beause it directly affects YOUR future in this country. If you do not see this, you are living in a vacuum. - Brickboy240

Totally agree with you attackrot. But we should avoid burning the Mexican flag at all costs. That's what makes us better than them. P
Burning the Mexican flag will give them fuel to say other Mexicans, "See look they are racist white supremacist pigs." The other Mexicans will believe them too. Plus it will hurt the feelings of the Latinos that are tax paying citizens that are on America's side.

Why not be more subtle and less destructive? Fly the stars and stripes upside-down. It is a distress signal and surely we are in a time of distress.

I for one, am for burning the Mexican flag. **** them!
I don't own a Mexican flag.. and I am certainly not going to buy one of their rags.. but on May 1st, when they celebrate the communist holiday by not working in jobs they shouldn't have, and not buying things they have no right to be in the country to buy.. I think I will have my kids color some 8x11" notebook paper like a Mexican flag and burn them.. just for fun. I will spend the money I save from not buying one of their silly flags to buy extra bullets.. Around here.. xtra bullets come in handy, Mexican flags don't. Raymond
