Evil...Is this based on your Christian belief. Do you consider the religion, customs and society of Islam Evil, or those that would bastardize the faith?

As I have said earlier, on a similar thread, I define an evil and corrupt religion as one that feels the need to compel another against their conscience through cohersion, force, violence, and murder to adopt a religious perspective against the victim's conscience is evil. I don't care if it is Catholicism, Islam, or Atheism. In this instance it is Islam.

Hasn't Islam been around for a lot longer than Christianity? Supposedly, wasn't the whole Abraham-Ishmael fiasco considered the beginning of what would become Islam?

If we define "evil" as "sinful", then it would be anything outside of what God (specifically, YHWH) instructs. Islam is outside YHWH's instructions for mankind. Thus, it is evil.
