Yup, got it. Agreed.

No, I don't agree with that point. I don't want to come here and have to trudge through "White Power" speeches. I don't want to have a debate with someone that can't on their own regulate their mouth.

I don't want to support a person that spews outright lies and misinformation without restraint.

There are plenty of low grade, low rent hate boards across the internet that will entertain this type of 'speech'. But after perusing the "What do you do for a living" thread, it is olbvious we have some really upstanding citizens on both sides of the aisle that are more than able to hold a civil debate.

We don't need the hate mongers and liars. THEY can go away.

Must have missed the white power rant thread...probably because I only click and comment on those I want to. Hopefully that puppy was locked after the first post.

I don't support the person spewing and spinning lies...I make a choice, opine...or move along. I figure if it BS, sooner or later someone will call the poster out or correct the information.

Agreed, we don't need the hate mongers and liars. However, which hate mongers and liars are you talking about? Left or Right?

Finally, just so you know, CM I think you have been a breath of fresh air, I think you have done a great job standing up to the other side and allowing everyone to hear an intelligent response. Keep up the great posts, they are appreciated, and I hope they are appreciated by the left, right, middle, and the alien visitor sides of the aisle.

Just so you know, I use an ultra-secret HTML code that can penetrate even the thickest tinfoil hat. I learned this on one of my many trips on Black Helicopters.

That's the beautiful thing about free speech...you don't have to agree with me and I don't expect you to.

The 1st is there to protect the speech we want and don't what to hear.

nothing that hasn't been said before, but personally I like it the way it is. I think you are doing a good job so far. Just keep going with the warnings, and then if need be drop the hammer. I like hearing the opposing views, not that I agree with them, or that they see it my way, but it is good to hear and see their views. Nobody is required to be a member here, so they are free to post as they wish, or to leave. As long as it doesnt get personal, and we can all act like adults it should be fine. Doesn't mean we have to all hold hands and sing, but we should at least be able to get our point across without personal attacks.

It was recently shut down and many folks left the site.

The total amout of posts is down still and we have to want to mess with the site more?

When many things are being discussed the more people come in. When you get all **** about what you are allowed to think and say, the number will drop, this is proven on many other sites.

Some people on this board don't even own an XD, they come here for discussion. Why take that away from them?

Unfortunately, I gotta agree here. Shutting down PV for those few days was probably the worst thing that could have happened to this place, because it shooed out a lot of the debate pool, and more people = better debate IMO.
