what is it with all this spy crap? Why is everyone freaking out about it? Like it is a new concept?

If you think the government hasn't been spying on us at all in the last decade since the technology has been booming..your just stupid.

Not agreeing or saying that it is right that they spy, but if you think it has just started or 9-11-01 sparked it, you need to catch up.

They arent spying on me, I only have the best intentions for my country.

As gun owners we live by the following amendment to the US Constituion:

Amendment II - Right to bear arms. Ratified 12/15/1791.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

We fight tooth and nail to make sure the government does not infringe upon this right.

Yet you seem to be advocating an infringement of this amendment:

Amendment IV - Search and seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Our founding fathers did not want the government to have the ability to wantonly spy on us.

Should we just do away with this amendment? The fact that we have nothing to hide does not make it OK for the govenment to spy on us. It's unconstitutional.
