WTF? I'm not talking tin-foil hats, Mike...I'm talking about due process and circumventing protocol for the purpose of "protecting me" from Bin Laden the boogy-man. If freedom and liberty are the marks of what makes the US great, these things need to be protected. Until I am named specifically as a suspected criminal or terrorist with credible evidence to back it up, I don't want my private life (or yours) on display for government scrutiny. Why are so many people willing to just piss it all away and trust the gub'mint not to abuse the power? |
