Now, it's clear that you aren't consistent and just post to stir the pot. I'm sorry you don't get enough attentiion in your life so you have to draw attention to yourself here. It would also be most appropriate that you forego the name calling when you express a negative opinion. You'd have more credibility in your posts.

I feel sorry for you, Etta. I really do...

Where did I defend Ms. Sykes?

Gov. Steve Beshear, who has remained neutral during the presidential primary and who will serve as a Kentucky superdelegate at the national convention in August, avoided talking about the Democratic candidates by criticizing President Bush.
“When I mention that Democrats are problem solvers, I can think of only one Republican who can be a problem solver — that is Vice President Dick Cheney if he would just take George on a hunting trip,” Beshear said. Cheney accidentally shot fellow quail hunter Harry Whittington in Texas in 2006.

True enough Etta. I re-read that thread, I apologize and am deleting my post here. You are correct and I was wrong, which makes my entire post incorrect.

Etta, rather than delete the post where I misrepresented your remarks concerning Ms Sykes, I edited it to admit my error and apologize to you since my mistake was public, it is only right to apologize publicly. I did not alter or edit the original text, so others may see my mistake and my apology to you.

Or, you can provoke a hostage situation by pressing the muzzle of a gun up to a copy of Karl Marx's A Communist Manifesto and threaten to shoot it. Be sure to wear earplugs because the piercing screams emitted by Pelosi can shatter glass from a mile away.

I definitely appreciate the apologies. Thanks, guys.

And, I shouldn't have called the guy a scumbag. Don't you think Iraqi active duty guys should be offended as well? His "joke" could feed the whole paranoia that contributed to the DHS report about returning troops being ripe for violent extremism.
