Amidst the chaos of the tragic plane crash in New York City yesterday, Alec Baldwin still reportedly expected to be treated like a VIP at the scene.

The actor was photographed trying to talk his way past a police cordon near the site of the horrifying crash of Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle's plane. No word if Baldwin actually got through the blockade.

Lot's of "mystical knowledge" here. The jerk is upset about being inconvenienced by a police cordon after a Cory Lidle DIED In a plane crash. Some of these hollywood types just think that they are better than everyone else. The only people stupider than them are the ones who actually think that what they say, regarding politics, is important enough to start a thread about.

The Dems took congress because people are tired of the war, not because of some "culture of corruption" buzz-phrase getting bandied about by the media and lefties. Most people don't even know who their congresspeople are, much less if they're under indictment for something.

Actually, you trolled the internet until you found your next opinion. In this edition of "who's going to write bd's next opinion", it came from George Clooney, who is by far a credible source regarding politics.

If you look back at recent political history, it would be pretty hard to argue that one party has been any more corrupt than another.

The majority party and/President always gets scrutinized more and ends up being the subject of "witch hunts" more than the minority.

Do you honestly think anyone believes you when you imply that only Republicans can be corrupt? Is it something in their DNA that causes this? Why don't you explain it to us?

I have no idea. There is nothing the police could have done for him. They had to cordon off the street because a plane just crashed into a building and the building was on fire.

Baldwin should have driven around it. Apparently he thinks he is more important than everyone else. I hate the "holier than thou" attitude that seems to have infected hollywood today.

It's too bad that some people give them credibility.
