Ya know, I like what ol' Ted stands for now, but I'm not wild about his antics during the Vietnam draft. I'll never climb aboard his bandwagon.

I pray five times a day that Obama fails...
I believe in the power of prayer in numbers. So maybe we should have a XDTALK prayer moment, Garner the power of prayer and maybe we could make it happen |

You got the callous on your forehead to prove it?

Ted is like your favorite uncle that everyone wants to hang around with at the family Christmas party, but you don't want to invite him to your wedding, cause you know he will show up in a sleeveless t-shirt and piss off your boss.
I honestly love Ted, like an Uncle. But sometimes, I just gotta say "WTF". Last edited by LUVMYSIGP225; 04-09-2009 at 11:34 PM. |

Ted has explained that a bunch of times. The original interview dates back to a "High Times" magazine interview. Some freako reporter asked Ted about his military status during 'Nam, and he gave them a crazy-a$$ response. I mean totally made up every nasty thing you could come up with, molded it into a facetious story, and they ran with it. A Detroit newspaper reprinted it in 1991. They haven't let him live it down since. Seriously. You know how "gonzo" Ted is in interviews and how much worse he used to be. I can easily see him screwing with people.
And, I can easily see people using it against him due to his pro-military position. Liberals love to throw out the "chickenhawk" word. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. I love his classics, and love his hunting lifestyle. |

The Official Community of Ted Nugent Ted Nugent - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia No, he's not perfect, but he's way better than what America elected into office this year! My humble opinion. |
