I also pray for anti-American policies to fail (which includes most of Obama's policies), but stating it like that is a good way to keep the country divided, IMO. People are more likely to listen if you say "This is what is right" rather than "Obama is wrong." If you start a conversation with "I hope Obama fails," or "This is what Obama is doing wrong," too many people will automatically stop listening.
Teach them true principles of freedom and allow them to come to their own conclusions.
I agree with a lot you said Scotty but take into consideration your beliefs are not the same as many others. You say true principles of freedom, but that's your opinion. Now don't get me wrong, I have guns, knives, I hunt, fish, and enjoy my freedoms every day. But, just because you don't agree with someone does not make them wrong.

I understand that some people truly believe in the anti-American policies of the previous and current administration. I don't care if someone is actually a socialist and wants government to have all these unconstitutional powers. If they believe in this stuff so much let them amend the constitution so they can legally change the country in to a Socialist Republic.
The path they are taking now requires changing the constitution to make it legitimate.
And there ARE unchanging principles of freedom, it is called Natural Law. The unalienable rights that have been bestowed upon us by the Creator. Cicero knew it in ancient Rome, the Anglo-Saxons based their society on it in ancient Britain, and the Founders based the constitution on it. Someone's personal beliefs can never negate personal law.

I never said he was king. I hope everything he has done succeeds so we get out of this crappy time we are in. If his bailouts fail, guess what? We will have hyperinflation like no other, the credit markets will halt, you will not be able to get any money out of any account, then we have failed. That's my point. We WILL have Hyperinflation if his and/or largely due to his "plans"...worthless money is a bigger problem than a tightened credit market...most Americans could use a good credit diet...
