It doesn't look good. We can only hope this doesn't derail the progress. I am sure Hamas will be in the street celebrating should he pass away. Sad.

Supposedly Ehud Olmert comes to the decisions that Sharon eventually embraces, meaning that he would continue on the current path.

The unfortunate reality is that there will never be TRUE peace in the region. There will be many cease-fires and the like but true peace wont be achieved while Israel is in existence. As long as Israel remains in the middle east and gets support from us, the muslim nations will hate them and us.....Its not about occupation of territories, or oppression of the palestinian people, its the "existence" of the Jewish state. As complicated as it seems and behind all the speeches and peace talks, it really is that simple.

I believe you. These people have been fighting forever. No reason to stop now.

I suspect the Gunships will stay aloft. They may even fly off course a bit and make a pass through Tehran.

He is a Sharon carbon copy. Its a shame too because there is going to be some hard roads to cross in the near future and giving land back to the Palastinians is only going to make things worse because now Hamas believes they have won.
