Typical drivel from the left.

While waiting for that gun for personal protection, the ex-boyfriend breaks into her house. She calls 911 and the police are 5 minutes away. During that time frame he beats and kills her. Can her family hold the US government liable for her death, because she had to wait to get a gun to protect herself?

Since you blame the US for Mexico's problem, can we blame you and the government for the woman's death?

Once again liberal thinking at it's finest, blame someone else, but don't take responsibility for their own actions or problems.
I'm not blaming the U.S. for Mexico's problems. I'm saying that we're enabling them to never change.

By not instituting stricter gun control?

By buying their drugs and letting their poor people come over here and work. We're an escape valve for their poor.

Ah an answer

Do you support militarization of the border, if required, to stop this situation ??

Just the following steps.

1. To work you MUST prove citizenship.
2. All workers must go through the Insta-Check program. No match, no job.
3. Hire illegals, go to jail.
4. You MUST have valid ID to rent a house, cash a check, transfer money outside the US and get a job (see #1).
5. Illegal use of Social Security numbers is 10 years in Federal pen.

Agree on everything here.

Violence in Canada

So our our lax gun laws causing extreme violence in Canadian border towns?

Looks like a big hole in the argument.

Maybe the probem is Mexicans, not Americans.

Agreed. So how do you feel about our government twisting the issue into a push for anti-gun legislation?
