Pistol gear service.

Hey all, Just a little background... I ordered a set of tru-glo TFO sights from pistol-gear.com a week ago. When they arrived, they were the sights for the Sig. On the website it said that the sights for the XD (for this product) were for the XD and not Sig sights. I emailed him to notify him of the problem, and sent a reply in hours saying that he was sorry, and that he would like to see me have the right sights for the gun (although the sig sights would work). I wrote him back and got an automatic reply saying that they ould be closed until the 21st. Well, yesterday the sights for the XD came in without me even having asked for them yet, and no request for the old sights back! I of course will be sendin the old sights back to him on the 21st anyway but this whole thing took less than 1 week and with no input from me besides the original letter saying that I recieved the wrong order. I will now do all of my aftermarket business for my XD with pistol-gear, and reccomend the site to everyone that will listen for both the Glock, and the XD parts people may need!!! What awesome service, most would have a weeks long process that would be aggrivating, but he took the responsibility and made it right as soon as he knew there was a problem. They now have a life-long customer that will buy from them, even if I find the same part for cheaper elsewhere. Thank you again pistol-gear!

I hate the vendors that support this site. They are all black holes for my money!

Seriously, I just wish the internet vendors I use for other purposes were half as good as the guys here. Thanks all!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pistol-Gear's service.

Old School always delivers quickly, has exceptional prices, and great communication.

A class act all the way.

By far the best service I have ever experienced online!

I have been very happy with the purchases I made from Pistol Gear myself. Good store, good service. Too bad they are so far away or I woudl go and shoot in soem of their matches and see about joining team pistol gear. I am thinking about buying soem of your shirts too.
