The Operator for the XD9/40 is perfect. It marries well to the frame, reloads are quick and the transition work on the frame with a Dremel was an easy 60 seconds. Smooth all around.

The UnLimited is about 80% at this point, as we need to make a dimensional change in the front and add some height. It is good for me who has small hands, but those with larger hands may have some issues.

At this point, we are about four weeks out!!

OK. Update for those interested. The Operator model for the XD9/40 is now in production. Here are some target dates for those in need...

7 March: Finalize Pricing
14 March: Start taking orders for the 9/40 Operator Model
28 March (or before): Start shipping 9/40 Operator Model

Following the 9/40 Operator, we will have the 9/40 UnLimited then the XD45ACP UnLimited.

subscribing to the thread. I'm really hoping you guys can work something out for the IDPA friendly for my XD .45 tactical.

Otherwise I'll at least get a unlimited for now for L10.

The XD45ACP is so big in the handle that it just fits the IDPA box as it is. The Magwell will be tough, but we are reviewing options.

You will have a L10 option for sure!
